Frequently Asked Questions

Due to the high interest in our program, tours are held in the mornings by appointment. We are happy to answer general questions on the phone or by email. You may also schedule a tour online.

Both parents (if applicable & possible). The initial tour is for adults only; your child will have an opportunity to visit the classroom and the teacher at a later date.

Parents are encouraged to apply as early as possible.

When placing students in our Montessori classrooms, priority is given to balancing ages, learning styles and personalities within the current class population  Placement is made at the sole discretion of the Head of School and teachers.  We encourage parents to trust our ability to make optimal class placements.

While SCMS does not offer a sibling discount,  it does offer financial assistance based on demonstrated financial need, commitment to the full cycle of our Montessori programs and volunteerism.
